All Sales Are Final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except where required by law or under warranty claims.

If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for assessment and possible repair or replacement.

All refurbished computers come with a 30-Day Parts Warranty.

This warranty covers hardware component failures only. It does not cover:

New Products

All new items are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty only.

A-M-S Computers does not offer additional warranty on new products.

Warranty claims for new items must be made directly with the manufacturer. We are happy to assist you in initiating this process if needed.
