A-M-S Computers Return & Warranty Policy

At A-M-S Computers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and warranty policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.


Returns

  • All Sales Are Final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except where required by law or under warranty claims.

  • If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for assessment and possible repair or replacement.


Warranty Information

Refurbished Computers

  • All refurbished computers come with a 30-Day Parts Warranty.

  • This warranty covers hardware component failures only. It does not cover:

    • Software issues

    • Accidental damage

    • User modifications

    • Cosmetic wear

New Products

  • All new items are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty only.

  • A-M-S Computers does not offer additional warranty on new products.

  • Warranty claims for new items must be made directly with the manufacturer. We are happy to assist you in initiating this process if needed.


Warranty Claims Process

  1. Contact us at sales@ams-computers.com or call 727-645-6956 with your order details and a description of the issue.

  2. Our team will assess whether the issue is covered under warranty.

  3. If eligible, we will provide instructions for return or repair service.


Important Notes

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items unless otherwise stated.

  • Tampering with hardware or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
